A local cafe needed a complete identity and a way to take orders online, both for collection and delivery, without juggling multiple systems.
What We Built
We designed their logo, menus, and a full website with online ordering for pickup plus a Just Eat integration for delivery. We also wrote all the copy, took and optimised photos for the venue, and set up their events page, giving the cafe a polished, professional presence and a new revenue stream without the tech headache.
A home-services company wanted to streamline their scheduling and invoicing, generate new leads, and give customers a simple way to request work and track progress.
What We Built
A full-service app where customers pick services, upload photos, and choose dates to get quotes. Behind the scenes, providers accept or reject jobs, send quotes, schedule work, and invoice, all with automatic emails, texts, and reminders at every stage. Jobs move through a live tracker from quote to completion, with satisfaction surveys sent on finish and completed work archived automatically.
An independent bookshop wanted more than a standard online store. They wanted to build a community of readers who keep coming back.
What We Built
A headless Shopify store powered by custom automations that update new titles and inventory daily. On top of that, a full reader community: book lists, book clubs, buddy reads, activity feeds, profiles, a reading journal, and an AI-powered book matchmaker. Readers earn XP through challenges that unlock real discounts and an in-store currency (Litcoin) they can spend or gift. Book previews, audio samples, reviews, and discussion areas for every title. Available as both a website and an app.
A small publishing house needed an entire digital operation, from public-facing websites to internal tools, that would let a small team do the work of a large one.
What We Built
Branded websites for each imprint, plus a Writer's Studio, a distraction-free word processor with scene cards, character notes, vibe music, text-to-speech, and AI-powered developmental feedback. Writers can submit chapters and get inline peer reviews. There's also a full workshop and courses platform. The staff-only back end handles submissions, production pipelines, author and title management, marketing campaigns, finances, and distribution, with AI assistance throughout.
